We get this question a lot—so don’t worry! If you think the promo code isn’t working, chances are it actually is. 
When you land on a page that shows a list of eligible items, the discount will apply automatically. Just click “Add to Cart” on the item you want from that list, then head to checkout (not the cart) and you’ll see the savings applied there. This works about 95% of the time!
If you happen to land on a page that says “PROMOTION HAS ENDED,” that means the deal has unfortunately expired and won’t apply.
